Cancellation Policy

Overview:

At Showroom Finish, we understand that plans can change. To keep our schedule fair and efficient for all customers, we have a clear cancellation policy that applies to all subscription and once-off valet bookings. This policy ensures that dedicated time slots are respected and that we can continue to provide a reliable service to every customer.

Subscription Types:

Weekly & Bi-Weekly Customers: These customers have dedicated time slots each week or fortnight. Your slot and time are reserved specifically for you unless you choose to release it.

Monthly Customers: These customers have 30 days (4-5 weeks) to schedule their clean. If not used within that time the clean expires and the slot protecting fee is kept. Monthly customers do not receive a dedicated slot unless requested.

Cancellations: Standard Subscription: Weekly / Bi-weekly

If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled clean and don't opt to transfer your slot:

You will be charged this slot protection fee instead of the full amount.

-Wash only : €20 per car

-Wash + Interior: €40 per car

Same-Day / Within 48 Hours Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, there is no refund. However you still have the option to transfer the slot.

Standard Monthly Subscription:

Monthly customers must pay a recurring Protection Fee to ensure reliability.

  • Wash only: €25 per car

  • Wash + Interior: €50 per car

This Protection Fee is charged every 30 Days, if the customer misses their monthly service then the fee is kept. If the customer has their car/cars cleaned within the 30-day window (4-5 weeks) then the fee is deducted from the final service price.

Transfer Slots: (All Customers)

If you can't make your appointment, you have the option too transfer your slot to someone else (Friend, Family, Neighbour, Work Colleague, etc) at no extra charge to you.

The replacement person must be at the same time as your booking (does not have to be the same location) and they pay a €10 per car (Wash) or €20 per car (Wash + Interior)

Showroom Finish Cancels: (All Customers)

If we must cancel due to extreme weather, van breakdown, staff illness, or being over 1 hour late and it no longer suits the customer to get their car cleaned, you will receive a full refund or have the option to rebook free of charge (Depends on availability) Customers paying yearly or in 6 month intervals can choose to add another session onto their subscription free of charge.

Customers paying yearly or in 6 month intervals:

If you decide to pay yearly or in 6 month intervals and take the discount you do not have the option to cancel. You have a dedicated slot and that slot is reserved for you. If you unable to take your slot you still have the option to transfer to a Friend, Family, Neighbour, Work Colleague, etc. If a cancelation becomes available we are more than happen to offer it to you. Monthly customers that choose to pay this way must have a dedicated slot and will also pay in full.

Once off customers: (Mini / Full Valet)

Customers that are booked in for a once off mini or full valet can receive a full refund if they cancel 48 hour or more before their scheduled clean. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, there is no refund. However you still have the option to transfer the slot.

Payment & Refund Process:

Subscription payments are taken automatically. If you are due a refund, refunds take 5-10 days to process
